BD&L is actively pursuing partnering opportunities in vaccines and diagnostics.

In vaccines, BD&L is interested in identifying and evaluating novel vaccine products and technologies that can enhance existing franchises, build the vaccines pipeline, expand the marketed product portfolio, establish a greater geographic presence, and strengthen research activities. The group also pursues the supply of pre-pandemic and pandemic influenza vaccines for governement stockpiling worldwide.

In Diagnostics, BD&L is focused on accessing products and technologies (including platform technologies) that complement and enhance the Company’s existing transfusion medicine business.
