Educational Grant Request forms are available

The Novartis Vaccines Grant Review Committee reviews grants requests on a quarterly basis. Requests must be received at least sixty (60) days before the planned event. In the event that your application is reviewed and funding is declined, you are not eligible to resubmit for ninety (90) days from the date of notification.
A completed grant request includes the following:
- Completed grant application form
- Detailed line item budget using the Novartis template
- Educational needs assessment and planned outcome measures (for accredited education only)
CME related grants: Note that when Novartis Vaccines approves funding for a grant involving a third party accredited provider, monies will be issued to the accredited provider. The accredited provider is responsible for reconciling expenses within ninety (90) days post-event and is also responsible for tracking the dissemination of funds as they relate to the Sunshine Act.
Completed grant applications should be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org
One PDF file should be sent and the application size should not exceed twelve (12) pages.
